1. Drink Water Drinking water may give temporary relief that may last for 1-2 mins. or till water touches your tongue. As Capsaicin is not water soluble it doesn't get remove from tongue surface.
2. Eat bread Bread being rough in surface, scratches away many Capsaicin molecules and also distract nervous cells on tongue. But still not enough to give complete relief
3. Beer Its said that drinking beer gives relief but only when drinking more in quantity as it numbs the sensing cell of tongue.
